Delivery time: Once shipped, orders arrive in 10-20 business days. Delivery times can run longer during holidays or carrier delays. Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-3 business days to show updates after the first scan. Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at athlio.mahjong@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships. Lost or stuck packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, email us at athlio.mahjong@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
